Fusion Hospitality is a hotel company rooted in the Southeast. We develop, build, own and operate branded hotels across Mississippi, Tennessee and the wider region, with select senior living and residential projects alongside them. We underwrite conservatively, build through our own construction arm, and hold for the long term, treating each asset as part of the community it belongs to.

Where we started
Fusion began with a single property and a conviction that the best hotels are owned and operated by the same hands. We set out to be the kind of owner a town is glad to have and a partner capital can trust: one that develops thoughtfully, underwrites honestly, builds with its own crews, and looks after an asset long after opening day.
People first
The best hospitality is quiet and personal. Guests feel genuinely welcomed. Our team members find steady, respectful work close to home, and room to grow. We believe that taking good care of the people who work in our hotels is the surest way to take good care of the guests who stay in them.
Building with care
Through our partnership with Shanti Construction, we develop and build with our own hands, from the ground up through renovations. Doing the work ourselves means we can hold it to our own standard and make sure each project fits the character of its community.
Concentrated by design
The portfolio is deliberately concentrated in markets we know well: Tupelo, Olive Branch, the Memphis metro, Meridian, the Gulf Coast and the Jackson metro. Concentration compounds knowledge. We read demand, supply and seasonality with an owner's precision, move decisively when opportunities emerge, and stay accountable to the communities where we operate.
Here for the long run
We hold and improve our hotels for the long term, compounding value across the brands travelers trust. A handful of senior living and residential projects sit alongside them, but hotels are the heart of what we do. We would rather build something durable, a property a community is proud of and patient ownership is rewarded by, than chase a quick return and move on.
